Nitec/Diploma/Degree

Basic knowledge of beer and wine would be an added advantage

Preferably able to commit at least 3 months

Job Scope:

Engaging in consultative selling of menu items

Checking in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction in each food cost and beverages

Delivering professional and friendly hospitality to guests, partners and clients

Taking beverage and food orders

Delivering beverages and food in a timely manner

The BLVD group is seeking for a team player Commis Cook/Chef De Partie/Sous Chef with an interest in contemporary Western & Asian cuisine. Full-Time positions are available.
